The customer declares that he/she has read and accepted the general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter, GTCS) prior to placing his/her order. Validation of the order implies acceptance of the GCS.
Article 1 - Principles
These GTC express the entirety of the obligations of the parties. The purchaser is deemed to accept them without reservation.
They can be accessed and consulted on the myaccessing.app/ets website and prevail, where applicable, over any other version or any other contradictory document.
The seller reserves the right to modify its terms and conditions from time to time. They are applicable as soon as they are put online.
Article 2 - Contents
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of goods offered by the seller to the buyer, from the myaccessing/ets boutique and only on the boutique.
Article 3 - Pre-contractual information
Prior to placing an order and entering into a contract, the buyer acknowledges having read and understood these general terms and conditions of sale, as well as : - essential features of the purchase ; - of its price ; - if applicable, additional delivery charges and any other charges due; - the validity period of offers, promotions or prices.
Article 4 - Ordering
For the order to be validated, the buyer must accept the terms and conditions by clicking where indicated.
In the case of delivery, he must also provide the exact delivery address and choose the delivery method.
In the case of click-and-collect or reservations, name and telephone number will be requested.
In the event of a contact request for an event, an email will be requested.
The sale will be considered final and binding: - after acceptance of all operations related to the order by the buyer; - after the seller has sent the buyer confirmation of acceptance of the order; - and after receipt by the seller of the full price and any additional charges.
In the event of a booking cancellation, the purchaser must notify Le Gallion as soon as possible.
There are no cancellation fees, unless a deposit has been paid as security at the explicit request of Gallion.
If you are unable to purchase a voucher, you can request a refund by email, using the order number as a reference.
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT. Time-limited offers are only valid for the period indicated. In certain cases, notably in the event of non-payment, incorrect address or other problems with the buyer's account, the seller reserves the right to block the buyer's order until the problem has been resolved. The seller also reserves the right to cancel the order, without having to justify the reasons.

Article 5 - Proof of transaction
The computerized registers stored in the seller's computer systems are considered as proof of communications, orders and payments between the parties. Purchase orders and invoices are archived on a reliable, secure and durable medium that can be produced as proof, at the buyer's written request.
Article 6 - Method of payment
This is an order with a payment obligation, which means that placing the order implies prior payment in full, on the day the order is placed, by the buyer by means of a payment card.
Article 7 - Delivery and verification
Orders are delivered or made available by click and collect on the date requested by the buyer.
It is the buyer's responsibility to notify the seller, on the day of delivery or at the latest on the day following delivery, of any claim of delivery error and/or non-conformity of the products in kind or in quality compared to the indications on the order form by e-mail: info@legallion-morges.ch
Failing this, the order is deemed accepted.
Article 8 - Intellectual property
The content of the website and related products remain the exclusive property of the seller, who is the sole owner of intellectual property rights, in particular copyright.
Purchasers and visitors to the site undertake not to make any use of the said content; any modification or reproduction, whether total or partial, is strictly forbidden and may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights which could lead to legal action. However, if a buyer wishes to use such content, he or she must obtain prior written authorization from the seller.
Article 9 - Data protection
The nominative data provided by the purchaser is necessary for the processing of his/her order and the preparation of invoices. They may be communicated to the seller's partners responsible for executing, processing, managing and paying for orders. The buyer has a permanent right of access, modification, rectification and opposition with regard to information concerning him. This right may be exercised in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the data policy of the myaccessing/ets website.
Article 10 - Partial disability
Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Invalid provisions will be replaced by the applicable legal provisions.
Article 11 - Jurisdiction
These GTC and any claims arising from them are subject to Swiss law. The parties undertake to resolve amicably any disputes, differences or claims arising from these GTC.
If the parties fail to reach agreement through an amicable dispute resolution method within 3 months, they may refer the matter to the ordinary courts.
The place of jurisdiction is Morges, in the canton of Vaud, Switzerland.
